Countries and delivery
A future launch must show supported countries, live shipping price, carrier and delivery estimate before payment. Those details are not available yet.
Changes and cancellation
Final terms must explain the validation window and when personalized production can no longer be changed or cancelled. No production flow is active today.
Damage and defects
A launch policy must define how verified printing or shipping defects are reported and resolved, with an operating entity and contact route.
Digital products
Any paid digital edition also needs clear access, cancellation and refund terms before checkout can open.
